Here is a photo of a trophy sized Cabezon caught near Sidney Spit. We released the fish shortly after snapping these two photos. It was caught in 100 ft of water using a live greenling as bait. I thought this might be an unusual photo opportunity for your fishing report. Cheers, Aaron

On August 30th Adam Vincent and his dad Chad went out on a father-son fishing trip. Using an army truck coyote spoon they landed this 8 pound spring salmon off Constance Bank. Adam reeled it in himself and proudly presented it to his mom to cook for dinner that afternoon. He declared this day the “best day of his life” as he was entertained by more than one double header.

5 year old Ronan Brookes caught his first fish ever, a 7 pound spring @ 60 feet with a pink squirt & purple haze flasher out in the tide lines off Beachy Head Aug 12th. He followed this up with a pink on the same gear a few minutes later.

Josh Hozack age 18, caught this 40.2 lb. Spring Salmon last Wednesday at 9:30am. only about 10 feet down on a hot spot flasher with a short leader on a pink hootchie. Quite a happy surprize to us. Landed this decent 30 lb Spring off of Beechey Head Saturday June 27th. We were using a Red oki Silver flasher and a chrome Rhys Davis teaser head with an anchovy. Fished at 75 feet. Hope this helps others, as I can tell you that your Fishing report helped me.
